The water gets colder faster than the other parts of Texas, so booking a trip here in the winter isn’t a great option, but it is still possible to get fish during this time. Most bass will be active from spring through mid-fall, slowing down as the water gets colder. There aren’t a whole lot of options in northern Texas for bass fishing, but there are a few.
